Central European Fashion Week in Budapest Marks 15th Anniversary

The 15th edition of Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW), organized by the Hungarian Fashion and Design Agency (HFDA), will take place from February 10-16 in Budapest. This milestone season promises to be the most vibrant yet, showcasing a diverse collection of nearly 50 designers from across Central Europe.

Since its inception in 2018, BCEFW has grown from 1,500 to over 5,000 guests per season, with a strong online following. The event has become a key platform for regional designers, as well as international talents on the rise. This season, designers from six countriesRomania, Serbia, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic—will present their collections, alongside Hungarian established brands and emerging talents.

Fur Boom 2024 Shines at New York Palace Budapest

The “Fur Boom 2024” designer competition and show was successfully organized with the support of professional organisations.
The HFTA (Hungarian Fur and Leather Association) with the support of the IFF (International Fur Federation), organises this event every year. The Hungarian Fur and Leather Trade Association has announced its large scale event “Furboom 2024”, which will take place on 12 November at the same time and place as the TCLF Budapest Fair. The prestigious Puskás Arena Sky Club will host the event.

The event will showcase the creations of well-known and promising designers in various material combinations (textile-fur, leather-fur, textile-leather, etc.) and categories.

The event’s sponsors place great emphasis on promoting of natural products (fur, leather, cotton, wool, etc.), as sustainability and environmental protection are important to both TCLF Budapest Fair and the associations supporting the competition. This show is a must attend event for designers and fashion industry players.
